At Moore Ventures, LLC, safety of our family of employees (some of whom are the owners), is our primary objective.  As an engineering firm and project management organization, we have few appreciable assets that generate income and instead rely on each other for our livelihood.  Thus, if anything happens to one employee, it affects us all on more than a personal level. 

As an engineering and service provider contracting for a variety of industrial customers, Moore Ventures and its employees are exposed to all manners of potential hazards in a variety of settings.  Typically our employees fall under and are bound by the safety programs and policies of our customers, and these will be addressed and trained on a case-by-case basis.  However, we have established training and policies intended to establish are minimum standards and procedures, and outline OSHA regulations that our family of employees will uphold at every customer site.

It is our policy to provide all employees with framework to gain hazard awareness.  Once the hazards are understood, the application of safe practices, audits, briefings and discussion, and common sense will form the keystones of our safety culture.

Subcontractors who may be retained to undertake installation and other services are bound our minimum safety standards, but specific programs are set by the subcontractor policy.  Moore Ventures, LLC will require full OSHA compliance and compliance training plans for its subcontractors.  We will also give preference in bidding to contractors who are safety qualified by our customers, where the work will ultimately be completed.

· All engineer-employees will be provided with all pertinent PPE, including arc-flash protective uniforms, hardhats, safety glasses and shoes, hearing protection, fall protection, and other application-specific protective equipment.  We will arrive at the worksite ready to work.

· Moore Ventures maintains safety policies and regularly updates and revises these.  Additionally, every employee is involved in the safety policy review and revision.

· Moore Ventures holds regular safety meetings for the conduct of training, review of any near misses or events, and discussion of safety concerns with ongoing projects.
