Our services are bid up-front and are provided based on our low billing rates.  Additionally, we can guarantee that our billings will be well below any projected yearly savings, giving the customer guaranteed returns.

Our analyses are typically created in Microsoft Excel, and we produce a thorough but easy-to-follow summary sheet and report tailored to your needs.  Once complete, we turn-over the electronic files for your use, modification, and application to other projects, as you see fit.

Any economic model hinges greatly on the inputs and assumptions made, and ours are always both spelled-out explicitly and are developed and revised with customer input.

· Economic Analysis and Justification — We will gladly assist you in analysis and formal justification of any capital improvement project, regardless of whether we are the engineers.  Our models clearly spell-out any assumptions and inputs, itemize costs and savings, and provide detailed returns.  We can even introduce uncertainty to provide models that show ranges of returns based on risks inherent in the assumptions.

· Comprehensive review of processes — we can provide a review of your processes and work with your staff to identify potential savings.  Our analysis always includes a careful economic evaluation of capital required to reap any proposed savings, and provides ranked return on investments.

· Asset review and life assessment — We can provide formal review of your installed electrical and control systems, assess their remaining life, and make recommendations for future upgrade and refit projects.

· Assistance with capital project budgeting and planning — We will gladly work with you to provide assistance with budgetary estimates and preliminary scope development for improvement projects.  We can many times provide these services free-of-charge, with assurances that Moore Ventures will be included on the bidder list for the approved projects.

· Damage Analysis and Support — Whether you find yourself the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit, we can provide expert analysis of losses and damages to assist you in preparation of your case or settlement. 

In addition to specific business service products listed above, we are conscious of returns in our engineering work, such as design, specification, and our turnkey bids.  We do not just engineer to low cost, but look to maximize customer returns with every detail.
