Let us provide the additional peace of mind that comes from hiring professional engineer/project managers as the single-point coordinator for your project.  Our low overhead makes our turnkey solutions typically cost less than other firm’s normal charges for design only.  Our pass-through overheads are some of the industry’s lowest, basically covering our incremental and administrative costs.  Issue one purchase order, and we will do the rest!  We give you a single responsible party—no more finger-pointing between various contractors.

We can provide any or all of the following, to meet your specific needs:

· Management of projects, small and large — Our financial strength and financing flexibility can allow us to purchase and contract the installation of  all equipment and materials, using highly skilled craft labor for up to $4M in total contract value.

· On-site project management —  An engineer who has been actively involved with your specific project design and who understands the equipment and application will be assigned to your site.  See Engineering for more information on those services.

· Scope change flexibility — We will not shy away from implementing modifications that improve the project or add additional scope.

· Operator and/or Technician Training — We can develop training that is tailored to your staff, project, and needs.  We will gladly work with you to schedule training around your shift or coverage schedules, and will typically train at your facility using a combination of classroom and hands-on work.

· Extensive start-up services—We can provide extensive check-out and start-up services to ensure the systems operate as scheduled and designed.

· Single point of contact — Even after construction, we offer you the peace of mind that a single phone call will resolve design and installation questions, warranty repairs, or other follow-up.  Satisfaction is guaranteed in every contract, and your long-term success is our number one concern, as we work to build a mutually beneficial relationship.

This was for a rushed project that was released less than 2 weeks before the outage in which it was to be installed.  We generally use MS Project, Professional edition for scheduling and gantt chart needs.
